The property "Quinta Vista Mar do Arco" includes a set of one house and two studios - Loureiros Cottage, Cicas Studio, Sunset Studio - and has a large area of gardens, swimming pool, barbecue, parking and other support facilities.
The property is in a rural area near the village of Calheta, with wide views to the sea and the surrounding farmland.
Loureiros Cottage is 70 m2 and comprises three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.
The house is an old building adapted for tourist accommodation, but retains the authenticity of the mid-20th century rural houses.
It is equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is in a rural area close to the village of Calheta, where there is a beach and several restaurants and cafes.
Calheta is situated in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
Just a few kilometres away there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and walkers.
Nearby it is possible to practice several outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
There is a grocery store and cafés within walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants are available within a few minutes' drive.
The property has easy access to major roads.
REMARKS
There is a small construction site for housing on the land adjoining the accommodation, which may cause noise and disturbance during the day on weekdays. If the purpose of the trip is walking in the mountains and other activities, they will not be affected by the construction work. If you intend to stay mostly on the property, there may be periods of disturbance, although the noisiest stages of the work have been completed.

A car is recommended, but there are bus stops nearby. You can install the Rodoeste application for your smartphone with information about bus lines and timetables.
There is free parking at the property.
The garden, pool, barbecue and parking are exclusive to guests, but are common to all three houses.
The pool is not heated, but is open all year round and can be used if the weather permits.
Cleaning is done before guests enter and then a weekly maintenance clean is done, which includes changing bed linen and towels. To increase the frequency, an additional cleaning service should be requested.
As this is a rural area, there are insects in the vicinity that may be attracted by food scraps.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book checked by the relevant authorities.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties are not permitted, nor any behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of the neighbours, especially between 10.00pm and 8.00am when noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential check-in information and mandatory identification data from all foreign guests. This form must be completed and sent by the guest at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree on a check-in time at least two days prior to arrival. The waiting time for check-in is 60 minutes after the agreed time. After 60 minutes of the agreed time, a new time can be arranged according to our availability.
4. Guests are required to show an identification document upon arrival and complete an identification form if necessary to comply with legal requirements.
