Welcome to the Kaiserhof 33 holiday flat - your exclusive holiday home on the picturesque North Sea island of Norderney. Situated in the renowned Kaiserstraße, right by the sea, flat 33 in Haus Kaiserhof offers a first-class location and a breathtaking frontal sea view.
The flat is on the third floor and has recently been extensively modernised. It has a new kitchenette and a new bathroom, and most of the furniture has also been renewed. With its contemporary, modern and tasteful furnishings, it is the ideal accommodation for two people who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The two single beds next to each other can be folded up so that the entire living area can be used during the day. For your relaxation, there is a sauna in the basement of the house (coin-operated). PLEASE NOTE that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical defect.
In addition, the house offers washing machines and tumble dryers (shared use, coin-operated) as well as a bicycle storage room and bicycle racks in front of the house. Please note that the flat is not suitable for group travel.
