It has an excellent location - literally a 4-minute walk to Livadia beach, public transport, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, a 10-minute walk to the main Parikia harbour & Parikia town with the famous church of Ekatontapyliani, shops, public transport, banks, tavernas, bars, nightlife and town facilities and 11km from Paros airport. It offers beautiful white and blue Cycladic style studios, with balcony, free wifi, private bathroom, bed linen and towels, LCD TV, air conditioning, kitchen, fridge, kettle, hotplates, cutlery and crockery, dining area and courtyard and there is free parking in the area. Stayed at this location for 3 nights. Beautiful studio apartment with enough storage space for personal items. Beautiful courtyard with friendly cats. Very clean and well kept. Great location! Important note: I found it difficult to get cold tap water, perhaps due to the extreme July heat.
