Our beautiful, 46sqm large, cosy wooden house is located in the Arnsberg forest, only 200 metres from the southern shore of Lake Möhne. The holiday home stands on a 1500sqm natural plot with mature trees and a "little view" of Lake Möhne. It has two bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The terrace is partly covered. It is designed for three people, although a cot can be added. Pets are not allowed in our house (allergy friendly). You are located directly on the edge of the Arnsberg Forest and are within a few minutes directly in the deepest forest. From here you can start a variety of hikes. Maps are available for you in the house. The Möhnesee lake is within walking distance (200 metres). Here you can swim, sail, surf and walk or cycle around the Möhnesee. There are various places to eat and drink at the lake itself. The Möhnesee tower is not far away. The town of Soest is only a few kilometres away and the beautiful old town - with its cafés and restaurants - is definitely worth a visit.

Tourist tax information
Please note that the municipality of Möhnesee charges an accommodation tax of 2.5% on the accommodation price. Our hotel is obliged to collect the tax introduced on 01.01.2024 and pay it to the municipality of Möhnesse.

Conditions/Extras
A deposit of 10% of the travel price is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance up to 30 days before arrival. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Description
Living/dining room: The two sofas invite you to linger, relax, read or gaze into the Arnsberg Forest. The dining table seats 4 people and can be extended if required. There is also a television in this room. From the living room, you can access the partially covered terrace, from which you can go into the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and window. A hairdryer and an illuminated mirror cabinet round it off. There are 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with one bed and a wardrobe. Towels and bed linen are provided in the house. Our wooden house is not handicapped accessible. There are two car parking spaces on the property. In the house you have Internet / good mobile phone reception LTE, but no Wlan.
