Villa Las Brisas is a three-bedroom Mediterranean style villa offering spectacular views of Burriana Beach, the coast and Cerro Gordo mountains.
Situated in the Capistrano Playa, Chimenea area of Nerja above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Dos Ardillas, Azalea and El Paraiso.
Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, and Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk or 5 minutes by car or with the local bus service.
The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall.
From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a WC, large lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen.
Patio doors lead on to a large terrace overlooking the pool with wonderful sea and coastline views.
From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
Downstairs from the entrance hall there are three bedrooms, two twins which share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite facilities.
From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and the large terrace area.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (3.5 x 5.08 m 1.2 - 1.3 m deep), table tennis table, pool table, barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights.
End of stay cleaning is also included.
We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Casa equipada com tudo o que é necessário e muito acolhedora. Bem localizada, numa zona tranquila com uma bela vista. Fica perto da praia e supermercado bem como do centro da cidade. Temos pena de ter ficado pouco tempo, sem dúvida é para voltar. A equipa da Nerja Paradise Rentals foram sempre muito disponíveis e atenciosos. Recomendamos a estadia.

Hemos estado muy agusto en la vivienda, muy tranquila con tu piscina tu terraza para las noches cenar . Está muy escondido y las calles próxima no tienen acceso a la playa. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares con el mar . La vivienda está muy bien y es muy amplia pero como se está tan agusto fuera no hemos disfrutado del interior solo del exterior.

The house was large and had amazing views. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could need, especially for a long stay. The main bedroom was comfortable and had plenty of storage. There were two really nice bathrooms. The house was cleaned every week, and the linens and towels were changed.
