A perfect place to relax and discover Nerja and the surrounding area, Chimenea A1E is a cosy two-bedroom apartment with large balcony offering views of the coast and mountains.
Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking.
The apartments are a 500 metre walk down to Burriana Beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service.
There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10 minute walk.
The apartment has an open plan dining and living area with French windows opening out to the large balcony with outside table for al fresco dining and a separate kitchen.
There is a large, airy king-size double bedroom and another bedroom with twin single beds.
From this bedroom you can access another rooftop terrace situated on top of the apartment.
The apartment has a large family bathroom with bathtub and over bath shower.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.
The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park.
The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights.
End of stay cleaning is also included.

Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

Apartamento bien equipado, cómodo
Quizás le falte una persiana a la ventana de la cocina, o una puerta a la cocina ya que el sol llega hasta el salón y en pleno verano a ciertas horas de la tarde se prefiere más oscuridad para relajarse en el sofá.

Our stay at this apartment was perfect! We would love to return.
The staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. For example, after the Sahara-sandstorm they came the next day to clean our terrace. If you phoned them they were always reachable and willing to help, What a service !
We had some cold days but the heather worked perfectly
