Super tolles neues Bad und neue Küche. Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden. Er lag in der prallen Sonne ohne Beschattung. Auch sollte dieser besser gereinigt werden
Die Wohnung war sehr heiß (Dachwohnung). In einem Schlafzimmer war ein Klimagerät und es gab einen Lüfter.

Sehr schöne Lage, fußläufig zum Yachthafen, großzügige neue Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es hat uns super gefallen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.
Wir waren etwas mit der modernen Haustechnik überfordert, Herd, Jalousien, Dusche. Eine kurze Erklärung wie alles funktioniert und wo man was drücken muss, wäre hilfreich. Wir sind halt schon älter ...
