Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, three TVs and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a twin with TV, and a second twin, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the rent. Lovely cottage. Spacious, clean, tasteful and well equipped. Excellent location for walking, cycling and sightseeing in Southern Lakes. Would recommend.
