The residence is just steps from the fishing port of Sète. The apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed (140cm) for two people.
The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps two), storage space, a flat-screen TV, and reversible air conditioning.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.
The bathroom (sink, shower, and storage) is separate from the toilet.
The shared swimming pool within the residence is open from June 15th to August 31st. The apartment has a private underground garage, number 813. Pets are not allowed.

Bien équipé et bien insonorisé en fermant les fenêtres. Clim appréciable.
L'accès au parking en sous-sol et surtout l'étroitesse du box. Il faut une petite citadine sinon tôle froissée assurée
A part le parking tres beau séjour. Sete et les environs sont magnifiqued

Le parking, j avais un garage souterrain tres difficile d accès en quinconce .obligée de rentrer les rétros vue l étroitesse du garage....
