Cozy apartment of 90 sqm, can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property is located in an area well connected by public transport, the metro line B "Piramide" is 350 meters away and Roma Ostiense Station is in front of the accomodation.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, sofa, TV, dining table, desk, split A/C and access to balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, small dining table, electric kettle, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, walk-in closet, two armchairs and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, communal heating, air conditioning (a split in the living room, a split in the bedroom I and a split in the bedroom II), fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator NOT suitable for disabled people (10 steps to access).
The shower tray in bathroom II is raised.
Hot water is supplied via a gas boiler.
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

Roma Ostiense Station is opposite the accomodation and the metro stop B "Piramide" is 350 meters from the accommodation. The property thus becomes an excellent starting point for visiting the beauties of the Eternal City: within easy reach are the historic Testaccio district, known for the picturesque local market of Testaccio; the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums. Clean property. Stayed 2 nights. First night there was no bedding for the 2nd bedroom, but they brought some the next morning. Also, it took a very long time to get any hot water. 2nd morning there was no hot water at all, so we could not shower. Everything else was good.
