- Newburgh Apartment - Sleeps 4 - Private garden with fire pit - Tv and wifi available - Close to scenic walks There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising of a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
There is ample clothes storage in the bedroom and in living area.
Our spacious self-catering apartment is perfect to accommodate up to 4 adult guest and space for travel cots.You'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television, internet access and a music player.
There is gas central heating system which guest can manually set the temperature and times to suit there individual schedules.
Staying here allows you access to our private garden areas & also a shared garden.
There is a selection of garden seating, a fire pit/barbecue within our private areas and a shed you can use should you wish to store any outdoor equipment There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules: -small/medium pets are allowed, please let us know if your pet is coming to stay - Check-in time is from 15:00 to 23:00 and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free on-street parking facilities available at the property. - A washing machine is included for your use.

Stayed for a weekend with my 3 sisters and it was fantastic the accommodation was first class the location was beautiful and peaceful the locals where so friendly and the owner was so nice. We will definitely be returning.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits avec deux enfants de 7 et 9 ans. Le logement est spacieux, chaleureux et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires (machine à laver disponible et possibilité d'étendre le linge). Nous avons visité Saint Andrews (localisé à 30 minutes) et profité de la plage. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

We stayed five nights for a visit to Lindores Abbey distillery and this was a short walk to that, as well as to the pub, store, café and butcher
The owners are very helpful and answered all our questions to get us up to speed with where to go, opening hours etc. Also the Tayview bar is theirs, a friendly pub where we popped in most evenings
