Been here before, home from home, just outside Chester, near the canal for walks.
Host is really good, communication is very easy,

Location of the property
Property dated but clean and comfortable. Garden very untidy and cat poo outside the back door ! Also asked weeks before our stay for an early check in only to be told day before we went that there would be an additional charge for early check in
