The cottage was very comfortable, equipped with everything that you could need, The host met us on arrival and explained
how everything worked which was very useful. The 850 bus stopped 1 minute away from the cottage and it was a short ride to Henley or Marlow. The cottage was only 5 minutes away from the Thames Path.

Cottage was cosy and perfect for Christmas time - decorations and lights helped.
Log fire was the main reason for staying here.
Cooking facilities were very good for Christmas dinner.
Excellent OLED television and sound bar.
Parking outside.

Unexpected £35 cash fee for logs - not impressed, especially as were paying £260+ per day already. I refused to pay.
Although some people may like being met by the owner upon arrival and given a tour, we would have preferred a printed guide with instructions instead. The tour lasted 40-minutes and ...

We stayed at the cottage for 2 weeks and felt very at home.
Clive was extremely quick to respond to any questions.
If we are travelling again in the area We will most definitely hope that the cottage is free.
