This is a spacious eco-house with modern amenities, just five minutes walk from Chesterfield Station.
Perfect for family holidays, birthday and all lavish celebrating experiences; it has a large hot tub, games room with full-sized pool table, BBQ area, outdoor space surround sound Sonos, log-burner and open-plan living areas.
Ideal for several families or large group getaways; this prime location allows you to enjoy the Derbyshire countryside whilst being within walking distance of a multitude of cafes, shops and bars.
You can park 14 cars on the driveway and directly in front of the house.
The house has two floors and loft space with seven very spacious treble and double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite.
The ground floor boasts eco-underfloor heating, a fireplace with top of the range log burner and a modern open plan kitchen/dining room with a utility room equipped with a dishwasher, dyer and washing machine.
The stunning wooden dining table comfortably seats 16 people, but can be extended to 20 seats.
The games room offers a full-sized pool table, table tennis, PlayStation4 and several board games.
There are also two spacious living rooms; the first offers a 65-inch television with surround sound where the second offers an expansive luxury sofa in the orangery as a more relaxing room.
Both have large glass doors which open out onto the patio and beautiful garden.
The garden backs onto greenbelt woodland and Tapton Golf Course and hosts a spectacular barbecue area with covered and uncovered seating alongside hot tub and sauna.
This is easy to maintain and requires little attention.
The hot tub will be heated to optimum temperature for your arrival.
A basketball hoop and football nets are also available.
All major supermarkets are within five minutes drive and offer delivery services to the house.
The house has everything you'll need for cooking any meal, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and appliances.
There is everything you could need for all types of cooking from baking for a special occasion to creating a large dinner party or big breakfast.

Love the hot tub and sauna !
Whole house was very clean and comfortable.
Could do with a few more things like chopping boards. Also no foil/cling film (not a necessity but would have been nice addition).

Great house for a big group. Lots of parking, rooms were great size. Hot tub was lovely! Great location for access to other areas
The house is advertised as a hen do house but there was no mention of no noise outside the house after 10pm whilst booking. This would have been fine if it wasn’t one of the hottest weekends of the year but we struggled when most of our hen activities were house based. The house is in a much more residential area than we realised with lots of neighbours close by.
