This studio sleeps 2, in a double bed.
With a full kitchen - has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine a microwave and a coffee machine (Fresh Coffee Beans).
Upgraded High Speed WiFi.
There is a desk and adjustable chair - if you need to work on your laptop during your stay.
The bathroom, is with a sink and a walk-in shower.
The toilet is seperate both are not shared with others.
They are for YOU - guests use only.
The window on the front of the property in the studio has secondary glazing for additional warmth and less sound.
Provided with ‘Blackout' Curtains & blind (Kitchen) for both windows to help you have a better nights rest.
It is a period property in the historical part of our road.
With original wooden flooring & sash windows.

宿泊前からメールでお知らせをくださったり
バス停も近くだったり、ロケーションも最高でした
お部屋もとても綺麗で広かったです
洗濯機、レンジ、冷蔵庫などいろいろ設備もあったので
次回は長期で滞在させていただきたいなと思ってます
少し歩けば、スーパーや食事ができるお店もあり
駅も遠くありませんでした
私が使い方がわからなかっただけかもしれませんが
ファンだけだったように思うので、暑い時はどうしたらいいのかなと…

quartier agréable, logement face à l'arrêt de bus 88 qui vous emmène directement au centre, métro à 2 pas, supermarché tout près. Très bon matelas, le ventilateur au plafond très appréciable. J'ai beaucoup aimé le style cosy de l'appartement et la gentillesse de Suzanne. Merci Suzanne
le bruit de la route : le logement tremble lorsque des camions passent, gênant la nuit pour ma part sans bouchons d'oreilles

A nice cozy little flat with everything needed for living comfortably, especially for an extended period of time. Suzanne was super friendly and always available if I had any questions. The location is excellent with many restaurants and shops within a ten minute walk.
Not a major issue, but be aware that the dwelling is old and it trembles any time a large truck drives past. This was actually quite startling at first, but I got used to it by the second day.
