The kitchen has a Fridge-freezer, Oven and hob, Air fryer, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, and a Microwave.

Groups of six or more enjoy a cozy and spacious place for close get-together and fun.

There is one full suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink and wall heaters, sitting pretty on the first floor.
The ground floor has a visitors wahsroom completed with toilet, and hand basin.
Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Our linen are taken care of by a professional commercial hotel-grade laundry.
This ensures that our guest have the best sleep and comfort.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed, except in the garden. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - A washing machine is included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - There is a cleaning fee of £90.

Perfect location for visiting the Excel centre, and the house was very spacious, lean and comfortable. The only issue we had was a lack of kitchen amenities - basics such a chopping boards and measuring jugs were missing, making it tricky to cook. Other than this would highly recommend if you want ...
