Location & surroundings
Shared parking is available nearby or in designated areas about 500 m from the house. Public transport is just a few metres away.
The house is 25 km from Bari and 5 km from Polignano a Mare. Within 30 km are Apulia’s top destinations, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The scenic Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, the "white city", is about 40 km away.
In Cozze, during summer, you’ll find restaurants and pizzerias, including take-away. The coastline is mostly rocky, as shown in the photos.
Steps from the house is a beach club with pool, bar, and restaurant hosting music evenings at permitted times (available for an extra charge). For sandy beaches, Lido Calarena is 800 m away, about a 10–12 minute walk.

Very close to the seeside and a lot of open room with fantastic garden
