The living areas in this single-storey home consist of a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and a sitting room with TV and gas fire. There is also a double bedroom with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear gravelled garden, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, a pub in 0.9 miles, and River Wyre in 0.3 miles. Hope Cottage is a well-positioned base for a Lancashire break.
