Charming mountain cabin at 1,400 meters, located in Curadure, 10 km (25 minutes) from Roncone (Sella Giudicarie).
Perfect for mountain lovers, those seeking relaxation, or anyone wanting a break from daily life.
Ideal for mountain biking, e-biking, and hiking, surrounded by woods.
The cabin offers peace and comfort.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area, kitchen, and utility room.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one triple (double bed and single bed) and one double (three-quarter bed plus single camp bed).
The bathroom has a shower.
There are five comfortable beds in total.
Hot water is provided by an LPG boiler, and the house is connected to the electricity grid.
Mobile coverage is not guaranteed.
There is no heating system, but on cool evenings at the start or end of the season, you can use the fireplace to warm up.
The house is easily accessible by car and has a reserved parking space.
Outside, there is a large lawn with a barbecue.
There are no cots for children.
Access to the sleeping area is via an internal staircase.
In Roncone, you'll find main services such as pharmacy, supermarkets, petrol stations, tobacconist/newsagent, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants.
