El Vicenç va ser molt amable i atent. La casa és com es mostra a les fotografies.
La ubicació està bé depenent del que es busqui, ja que no deixa de ser una urbanització.
La llar de foc no està operativa ni hi ha llenya. Per la resta tot molt bé :)
