The open-plan living area includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. To the outside is private roadside parking in a designated space for one car and a riverside grassed area with furniture.
