Apartment with three terraces and 360-degree view on the rooftops of Venice.
It consists of: 1 large double bedroom with canal-view and small studio area, 1 bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto a bright living area with a large sofa that turns into another double bed.
The house also has three terraces, arranged on three different levels.
The largest one is completely surrounded by many beautiful plants and flowers, whereas the smallest one looks onto the canal below.
The third open space is a rooftop terrace, a traditional Venetian altana, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the whole city. The apartment is located near Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, one of the liveliest areas of the city.
It is very much frequented by the Venetian population as it is where children go to play and where you can have a drink in one of its cafes and bars.
It is also well serviced with supermarkets and restaurants. It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station and Piazzale Roma, where you find the nearest car parks and bus terminal.

This was our second trip to Venice and we loved our stay. It is as advertised and the location could not have better — easy to get to, short walk to the vaporetta, but also a residential neighborhood away from the crowds. Good restaurants, grocery store, Majer coffee and bread shop — all within feet of the apartment. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
The star of the show was the 3 terraces.
In the morning we had coffee on the smaller patio overlooking the canal.
We spent our afternoons on the larger middle terrace as it has an umbrella to stay in the shade and we spent our evenings on the roof top te...
