Cozy and modern 85 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a period building in excellent condition (a few steps to access it).
The property is located in the quiet Gavinana district, in the southern Florence area, full of services and just 10 minutes (by car, bike or bus) from the wonders of the historic centre. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private garden. The apartment is located in the south Florence area, in the Gavinana district, a quiet area, but at the same time full of services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants). The area is well served by public transport, so it is possible to easily reach the center by bus, but also by bicycle or with a pleasant walk.

The check-in with Paolo was so simple. The apartment is spacious and very clean and quiet. The little garden outside is great to have your breakfast. It is a long walk to the sites, but there is a bus near the apartment which takes you to the center. Would recommend and stay again.
