The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric flame-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a loch and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are available. Explore all Perthshire has to offer at Rowan! Relaxing evenings watching sun go down
Constant building works going on from morning till 7pm had to complaine to owner who tried to speak with site owner builder.
In my opinion site should not be open till works have finished and site is compleated.
Description of idyllic location was inaccurate.
Should have been warned about building work and wouldnt have gone to that location.
