The living space in this single-storey annexe consists of a kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with freezer box, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and DVD player. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a front, landscaped garden, a rear decked veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 2.2 miles and a pub in 1.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rector's Retreat is a wonderful base for a romantic escape to Suffolk. Note: The property overlooks the owner's garden. Note: there is ramp access. Note: Babes in arms only.
