The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave,dishwasher, dining seating for six, utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with TV, and two twins, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn and patio, further enclosed lawn with dogs, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
