In a wooded holiday residence, with unheated communal swimming pool, open during the summer season, pleasant house overlooking a small enclosed and private garden.
Fitted kitchen area-living room opening onto a terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed, bathroom (shower, sink), separate toilet, Upstairs: mezzanine with a low ceiling height with 2 80 beds.
Equipment: 2 refrigerators with a small freezer section, 2 electric hotplates, ordinary oven, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, electric coffee maker, iron, washing machine. garden furniture, 1 television, 1 barbecue.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70.
Household linen and sheets not provided. paid option on reservation.
Location: About 350 m from the beach accessed through the pine forest, 1.5 km from seasonal shops and 4 km from the town centre with all shops.

Petite maison très agréable et bien située!
La commission de Booking de 30% sur le prix du séjour! Honteux! Passez plutôt par l’agence Bleu Marine Immobilier, vous ferez des économies et en plus ils sont très sympa!

Très bien situé proche de la mer , tranquille… bon séjour reposant
Très bien équipé, manque un petit lave vaisselle et surtout des plaques de cuisson plus pratique car 2 poêles ne passent pas . Sinon RAS
Nous avons passé une belle semaine!
