Our small wellness area in St. Johann, the sunny lawn with whirlpool, and the barefoot path turn your stay into a true feel-good experience. Nearby, you’ll find a small selection of shops, a supermarket, a bakery, and a ski rental—all within about 200 meters.
The Skiworld Ahrntal resorts are 4 km away and easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is just 50 meters from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes. A washing machine is available for all guests to use. Only one dog per apartment is allowed; a deposit is required upon arrival.
Out of consideration for allergies, cats are not permitted. Parking at the house, bed linen, and towels are included. Enjoy a taste of South Tyrol: breakfast can be delivered right to your apartment door for an extra charge.

Das Zimmer, der Wellness Bereich mit super Ruhe und ausspannmöglichkeiten
Es war zwar alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden nur keine gewürze usw. ist zwar alles umliegend zu bekommen aber man hat hat viele Reste zum heim schleppen... sowie ein fehlender Backofen.
Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, Top Lage und alles war sehr Sauber.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door gastvrouw en -heer. Ook tijdens het verblijf waren deze mensen zeer behulpzaam. Erg mooi appartement. Prachtige badkamer en mooi terras. Alles nieuw en ziet er echt fantastisch uit. Prachtige sauna met veel rustplekken en een whirlpool. Voldoende handdoeken. Wasmachine aanwezig. Kortom echt een aanrader.
