Our cozy yet modern accommodation in Ahrntal is run by a family who warmly welcomes all guests. Our property in St. Johann offers spacious apartments with views of the beautiful landscape.

The loving décor reflects our joy in hosting and shapes the character of our apartments in St. Johann. Take a break and relax! In our apartments with sauna and whirlpool in South Tyrol, you’ll find the relaxation you seek and deserve.
Our small wellness area in St. Johann, the sunny lawn with whirlpool, and the barefoot path turn your holiday into a true feel-good experience. Nearby, you’ll find a selection of shops, a supermarket, a bakery, and a ski rental, all just a few minutes’ walk away (approx. 200 m). The Skiworld Ahrntal ski areas are 4 km away and accessible by ski bus. The bus stop is 50 m from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes. A washing machine is available for all guests to use. Only one dog per apartment is allowed; a deposit must be paid on arrival.
Cats are not permitted due to allergies. Parking at the house, bed linen, and towels are included. A holiday in South Tyrol, in our apartments with breakfast in St. Johann, Ahrntal, is a true delight.

Das Zimmer, der Wellness Bereich mit super Ruhe und ausspannmöglichkeiten
Es war zwar alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden nur keine gewürze usw. ist zwar alles umliegend zu bekommen aber man hat hat viele Reste zum heim schleppen... sowie ein fehlender Backofen.
Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, Top Lage und alles war sehr Sauber.

Trotz Pech mit dem Wetter waren die im Mietpreis enthaltenen Karten fürs Schwimmbad Gold wert- der Garten ist für Kinder bis 10 prima ausgestattet. Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Tolle Wasserfälle!
