Our apartments in St. Johann are spacious and furnished to highlight the natural beauty around you. Natural materials create a comfortable, secure atmosphere, while thoughtful décor reflects our passion for hosting and attention to detail. Take a break and relax! In our holiday apartments with sauna and whirlpool in South Tyrol, you’ll find the relaxation you deserve.
The small wellness area, sunny lawn with whirlpool, and barefoot path ensure your stay is truly rejuvenating. Nearby, you’ll find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bakery, and ski rental—all just a short walk (about 200 m) away.
The Skiworld Ahrntal ski areas are 4 km away and easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is just 50 m from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes. A washing machine is available for guests to share.
One dog per apartment is allowed, with a deposit required upon arrival.

Das Zimmer, der Wellness Bereich mit super Ruhe und ausspannmöglichkeiten
Es war zwar alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden nur keine gewürze usw. ist zwar alles umliegend zu bekommen aber man hat hat viele Reste zum heim schleppen... sowie ein fehlender Backofen.
Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, Top Lage und alles war sehr Sauber.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door gastvrouw en -heer. Ook tijdens het verblijf waren deze mensen zeer behulpzaam. Erg mooi appartement. Prachtige badkamer en mooi terras. Alles nieuw en ziet er echt fantastisch uit. Prachtige sauna met veel rustplekken en een whirlpool. Voldoende handdoeken. Wasmachine aanwezig. Kortom echt een aanrader.
