Nestled in a pine forest and directly on the beach, this beautiful 4-bedroom villa with air conditioning will charm you with its prime location!
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room opening onto the terrace, a large, fully equipped separate kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower room, also opening onto the terrace.
Upstairs, there are two further beautiful master suites, each with a balcony, shower room, and/or bathroom with toilet.
The beach is just steps from the garden!
Parking spaces are available in the shade of the many trees.
Additional services payable on site:
- Tourist tax according to the current rate per day and per person aged 18 and over
- Cleaning fee
Linen rental available:
Sheets: €16 per bed/week
Towel set: €10 per person/week (1 large and 1 small)
Security deposit information:
- Security deposit: by check or cash, returned after verification by the cleaning team.
Credit cards not accepted.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Linen rental per bed per week: €16.
- Towel rental per person per week: €10.
- Pet accommodation for the duration of your stay: €30.
