It comprises two bedrooms, two terraces, and a parking space. From the entrance, a hallway leads to a separate toilet with a washbasin.
The first bedroom, facing south, is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, and provides access to the south-facing terrace.
The second bedroom, also south-facing, has two single beds (90 cm) that can be pushed together (converted into a king-size bed (180 cm)), a wardrobe, and access to the south-facing terrace.
The bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen (including a refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, four-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, and Nespresso & Tassimo coffee machines) offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
