Located on the 4th floor of a quiet building with an elevator, this studio apartment boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the bay of Banyuls-sur-Mer from its terrace.
Equipped for two people, it comprises a living room opening onto the terrace, a kitchenette (including a filter coffee maker), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
This studio also includes a private above-ground parking space.

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.
If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €130 may be deducted from your security deposit.
