Entrance (2.9sqm) with cupboard, separate toilet, kitchen (3sqm) equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4 hotplates, fridge (120l), lounge (tv, sofa) / living room (18sqm), bay window , balcony (facing south / west).
Upstairs :
A room (7sqm including 3sqm under 1.80m) with two single beds (90x190), storage, velux.
A room (6sqm including 3sqm under 1.80m) with a double bed (140x190), storage, velux.
A bathroom, separate toilet.
A covered parking space in the common garage. (hauteur 2.20m)
