The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a side courtyard with furniture and barbecue. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.5 miles a beach. Highchair available. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
