The "Am Birnbaum" apartment is quietly located in the rural district of Lippertsreute in Überlingen (8 km to the city center parking garage), away from the tourist crowds but still well connected to Lake Constance and its attractions.
The bus stop is just a few steps away, allowing you to easily reach Überlingen and other destinations around the lake. The 85 m² accommodation features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, offering space for up to four people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A shared washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. Enjoy the peace and the view of the greenery from your private balcony.

Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, schöne Wohnung. Gut ausgestatten.
Die Lage ist wir angegeben eher absrits vom Zentrum und auch ein Stück weg vom See, war für uns aber perfekt.
