Vacation rental in Sète: Located on the 4th and top floor with elevator, this charming air-conditioned apartment offers 27 m2 of floor space + mezzanine + 8 m2 terrace overlooking the Canal des Quilles with garden furniture. and an outdoor cellar.

The beaches are 200 m away and shops are nearby.
The living room is composed of a kitchen area (with 2 hotplates, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer), a lounge area with bench seat, TV; and a dining area.
In the sleeping area with window, there is a 140 cm bed and a closet.
The mezzanine includes a sofa bed + a single bed. As for the bathroom, it has a bathtub and a sink.
The toilet is separate.

Le logement est situé à 2 pas de la mer, il dispose d'un balcon avec vue sur la marina.
Matelas récents de bonne qualité, présence d'un lave-linge.
Agence immo aux petits soins et réactive.
Les chaises étaient en plastique transparent et félées, on avait peur qu'elles cassent.
Il faisait chaud da...
