Just 150 meters from the beach, shops, and entertainment of La Parée, within a residence with a shared unheated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), this two-story, two-bedroom house (sleeps 4) features a private garden.
It comprises: a main living room (table, chairs, sofa, TV unit + TV), a kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4 electric hobs, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher), a hallway, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower and sink).
Bedroom 1: one double bed (140cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90cm) + closet.
Private garden with table, chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue, and two sun loungers.
A storage room with washing machine and freezer.
One private parking space.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linens and towels are not provided.
Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€90), can be booked through the agency.
Security deposit: €350 by credit card only (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be required.

Location bien agencée située dans résidence calme et dans quartier animé. La proximité à pieds des restaurants, bars, boulangerie, loueur de vélos, mer est très agréable et pratique. La piscine de la résidence est belle et propre.

"Great family place by the ocean Logement dans un complexe très calme, proche de la plage. L',appartement est très bien équipé, le cagibi (congelatuer+lave linge) peut contenir 2 ou 3 planche de surf, trop petit pour un vélo. Accommodation is very quiet and close to the beach. It is very well furnished. The utility room (freezer+washing machine) can hold 2 or 3 surfboards, too small for a bike"
