Apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (there are 10 internal steps at the entrance to the apartment).
In 45 sqm it comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed.
Convenientlyt location and equipped all the main services: bar, restaurant, pharmacy and supermarket.
It is possible to park for free in the surrounding streets or for a fee at the Saba car park a few minutes away (open 24/7).
The accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (you still have to take 10 steps to access it).
The interior space is composed as follows:
-BEDROOM with two single beds, a sofa, TV, wardrobe, two desks with chairs;
-KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table with chairs, refrigerator with small freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, electric kettle, electric oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with bathtub, bidet and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, soundproofing windows, iron and ironing board, hot water, drying rack, clothes stand, hairdryer.
Cots and baby cots available upon request.
ATTENTION: There is currently no air conditioning.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trieste, equal to EUR 2.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
PLEASE NOTE
For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro;
* after 23 until midnight there is a surcharge of 30 Euro;
* after midnight and until 1,30 there is a surcharge of 40 Euro
Sorry but it's not possible to check in after 1,30.
The accommodation is located in a quiet area and equipped with the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Nearby the apartment you can find the bus stop number 34 that allows you to reach the main points of interest:
-Piazza Carlo Goldoni: 5 minutes on foot;
-Viale XX Settembre: 13 minutes on foot;
-Piazza Unità d'Italia: 14 minutes on foot.
Trieste airport is 40 minutes away by car and about 1 hour by public transport (train + bus).
The number 20 bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the apartment and allows you to reach the main places of interest.
If you travel by car, it is possible to park near the property (NOT GUARANTEED) or for a fee at the Saba Campo car park, just an 11-minute walk from the apartment.
The tourist tax not included in the rate, will be withdrawn in cash upon arrival, is € 2,00 per night per person.

Excellent location, very fast check in and check out by the rules of the host, but almost no communication with the host and key holder. Specious, very well equipped and mostly clean. Possible to find parking on the street. Good choice for staying in Trieste for a few days.
