API DAYS offers this charming, well-maintained, single-story villa built in 1926, ideally located in Royan/Pontaillac.
It comprises a living/dining room with a 3/4-seater sofa, a sideboard, armchairs, a TV, storage space, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, range hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, double sink, and all the necessary amenities for cooking enthusiasts.
The kitchen opens onto the outside through two French doors.
There are two bedrooms: one with two double beds (2 x 140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm), and a wardrobe; the other with a double bed (1 x 140 cm), closets, and an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and a sink.
Separate WC.

As part of this rental, you can subscribe to several services: Linen rental (sheets + towels + bath mat + tea towels): €20 per person per stay.
Baby cot and high chair rental (delivered directly to the accommodation): €20 per stay.
Cleaning fee: €65 (accommodation 20 to 50 m²), €96 (accommodation 50 to 80 m²), €120 (accommodation 80 to 120 m²), and €150 (accommodation 120 m² and larger).

La taille des toilettes (compliqué pour les personnes grandes)

La maison est à 2 pas des commerces et de la mer…un vrai luxe
La maison est à la bonne taille pour 4/5 personnes
Il y a tout l’équipement pour la cuisine et des produits de nettoyage
La table extérieure est super avec la tonnelle

Réclamation faite auprès de l'agence le lundi matin (arrivée tardive le samedi) par rapport au nettoyage fait par une entreprise et facturé (draps et serviettes tachés, robinetteries sales, cheveux dans la douche, déchets dans la poubelle) mais aucune réactio...

Logement très propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé.
Le logement comporte deux chambres en parfait état mais l’accessibilité à la salle de bains se fait par une des chambres.
