It has been a great pleasure to stay at this house.
It has the most incredible views ever seen with more than 180 degree see views and beautiful landscapes between the house and the ocean. It is also located high enough that there is a mild wind to cool you down a bit, and of course an awesome pool ...
Its hard to think of anything negative. If anything, then you will mostly need a car, as both the cities and supermarkets and beach are located too far away for most people to walk. But had it been closer to the see, the views would not have been the same.
