Our vacation apartment is approximately 55 m² and can accommodate 2-4 people.
Depending on your room needs, it can be rented for 2 or 3-4 people.
When booking for 2 people, the apartment will be rented with 1 bedroom.
We are happy to offer 2 bedrooms if needed - price on request! The apartment includes a combined living and kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower, two separate bedrooms (each with a double bed), and a toilet.
Additionally, a sunny balcony is available, accessible from both bedrooms.
Our fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a TV.
A kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and egg boiler, as well as all dishes, are also provided.
Our house is a single-family home with a vacation apartment on the first floor.
It is located in a very quiet and sunny spot with a magnificent view of the mountains in Unken.
In winter, a ski bus departs 50 meters from our house twice daily.
A swimming pool, as well as cycling and hiking trails, are also in close proximity.
Our guests particularly appreciate the proximity to surrounding cultural sites such as Bad Reichenhall (15 min), Salzburg (30 min), and the short distance to the neighboring communities of Lofer (10 min), St.
Martin (15 min), or Waidring (15 min).
Should you plan to spend your holiday in Pinzgau, we would be delighted to welcome you to Haus Niederberger! Salzburger Saalachtalcard from May 1st to October 31st: free use of the Loferer Almbahnen, entrance to the swimming pool, Vorderkaser and Seisenberg gorges, Lamprechtshöhle cave, and free bus service (Mobility Card).
Tourist tax and final cleaning are included.
Check-out: by 10 AM; Check-in: from 2 PM.
