Located in the Saint Ferdinand district, close to the Arcachon Marina, beautiful T4 duplex apartment, approximately 85 m², on the second and last floor of a residence with elevator.
For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking.
An entrance with cupboard.
Its living room with TV and WIFI opening onto a small balcony where you can enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends.
A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
A first bedroom with a 160 cm bed offering you a bed for two people with its bathroom.
And a separate toilet with hand basin.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 140 bed also for two people and cupboard.
A bathroom with WC.
And a last bedroom with two 80 cm beds.
You are a few minutes walk from all amenities: bakery-pastry shop, butcher, fishmonger, bar-tobacco-press, mini-market, pharmacy, boat rental, water skiing, jet-skiing... and of course all the restaurants seafood from the Aiguillon district for gourmets.
Close to the port you can take advantage of the cycle paths for your bike rides… A sunny vacation is waiting for you! ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €25 for a double bed for a week, bathroom kit: €18 for one person and a week.

Appartement au calme très bien distribué et équipé, avec parking en sous sol
Proximité des commerces et du port appréciée, facilité à rejoindre le centre ville en longeant la plage.
A part une météo mitigée,une belle expérience à arcachon.
