Pretty house (single storey / semi-detached), with individual garden, in a pleasant environment and close to the beach.
A parking space. 1 kitchen-dining room area (opening onto a terrace), 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bathroom (sink, shower), 1 toilet and 1 small garage. Equipment: 1 3-burner gas stove and 1 electric burner, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 TV and 1 garden furniture. The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. No linen provided. Location: approx. 300 m from the beach and 800 m from the shops. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.
