CAMBO, C143: Studio apartment in a small building, on the 3rd floor with elevator.
The main room has a double bed (140cm), TV, an armchair, a small separate and equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, stovetop, etc.), a shower room with toilet, and parking.
Pets are not allowed.
There is no internet access.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out at the end of each stay.
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed.
If guests leave the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure.
This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning (Studio): €33 - Bed linen (double bed): €20 - Towels: €8 Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Trop proche de la rue. Circulation importante le matin et le soir.
Petit studio très sympa et fonctionnel. Emplacement à mi chemin entre le centre ville et les Thermes.
