localisation de l'appartement exceptionnelle (bord de mer, vue à 180 °, plage à 50 m direct de la résidence par portillon (pas de route à traverser), résidence sécurisée, parking numéroté, appartement trés lumineux avec terrasse et 2 balcons (1 chambre, 1 cuisine), grande cuisine fermé, grandes cham...
