Villa Laura is a modern, tastefully decorated 4-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi internet.


With a prestigious location, just a few minutes from Albufeira Marina and a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden beaches of "Peneco" and "São Rafael", this luxurious holiday home is the perfect setting for a family holiday and features a private pool (pool heating optional as an extra).


The property has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, with dressing room and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be converted into a double bed. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast or a few drinks outdoors.



On the lower floor, the inviting games room with a pool table and a sofa is perfect for sharing fun and memorable moments with friends and family. On this floor you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub and a practical laundry room.


The modern and spacious kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a modern electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, plates and utensils, coffee machine and kettle. On this floor, you'll also find a service bathroom and 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed.


The bright and spacious living and dining room invites you to relax on the comfortable sofas and contemplate the swimming pool with direct access doors to the outside.


In the fantastic outdoor space, there is a brick barbecue that will allow you to make your own grills during your stay. The wonderful patio invites you to relax and enjoy al fresco dining by the private pool (pool heating optional as an extra).


Villa Laura is located just a few metres from Albufeira Marina, where you'll find several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Within walking distance (20 minutes) of Albufeira's Old Town you'll find a variety of amenities, as well as beautiful beaches (with lift access at Peneco beach).


This fantastic holiday home has free Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.


Car hire is not necessary, however, if you prefer to rent one, we can help you with your request.


The changeover day for this property is Thursday.


** If your flights are booked or if your dates are fixed and do not correspond to the changeover day, we suggest that you make an enquiry to confirm that your dates can be accepted before proceeding with your booking.


The pool heating will always be an asset to your holiday, especially if you are travelling with children. If the pool heating is on, the water temperature will be between 5 and 8 degrees higher than it would be without it.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)


- Changeover day for this property is set for Thursday. (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


- Group deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €250 per person.


- A booking, insurance and archive handling fee of 2.9 per cent will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking fees (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.


Prices up to 8 people

It is possible to accommodate 1 additional adult and 1 baby.

From the 9th to the 10th person an additional fee will be charged which includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) and in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).


For changes of dates the fee is 150€.***
