Carry the conversation over to the kitchen, dominated by the range cooker with electric double oven and 5-ring hob, use this mighty appliance to rustle up a feast for all, before serving it in the light and airy dining room, complete with a panoramic lake view.

To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a patio garden with furniture. Within 4.1 miles or less there is shop and pub. Please note this is a pet and smoking free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Choose Pheasants Folly for a splendid break to the Lake District. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Not suitable for those with limited mobility.
