Vue époustouflante, appartement pratique, propre et moderne, confortable et bien situé. Les défauts : accès plutôt compliqué car beaucoup d'escalier escarpé et problème de tuyauterie et donc d'odeur dans la salle de bains. Mais très bon rapport qualité prix.
