Tucked away in the idyllic village of Church Fenton, North Yorkshire, is this wonderful bungalow with mezzanine, Maple House.
Enjoying a superb location with the local amenities right on your doorstep, and within quick and easy reach of the historic city of York and the bustling city of Leeds, Maple House is a superb choice for couples, friends, and families.
The property benefits from an off-road parking space and a private, rear garden with furniture, perfect for alfresco dining on warmer evenings.
Step into the well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can whip up tasty dishes ready to savour at the dining table for four over a celebratory bottle of fizz.
Move through to the sitting room, where you can look forward to relaxing in front of the warming gas fire, as your favourite show plays out on the Smart TV.
There is also a snug if you fancy curling up with a good book, and a games room with a small pool table.
After a day of exploring, freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom with a soak in the bath or under the overhead shower, before retiring to one of two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a super-king-size with zip/link and a double with en-suite shower room.

The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a double with en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
